The Name Freddy Pink is a DBA of Crossound Records LLC, who expressly forbids the unauthorized use of its trademarks, logos, and other promotional materials pertaining to it’s namesake.  All Freddy Pink promotional materials are the property of Crossound Records.  Any unauthorized use of these materials shall be subject to the Federal trademark and intellectual property laws, as governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Washington.

“Authorized use of promotional materials” denotes; use for promoting the Freddy Pink Band for an engagement or venue where the Freddy Pink Band is contracted to perform, or for use with radio, television, printed and online media, for the sole purpose of promotional support for the Freddy Pink Band at such venues.  Creation of salable items, or use for profit of these materials for any other purpose other than what is stated here will be considered “use without authorization” and subject to penalty.  To request authorization please contact Promotions@FreddyPink.com.
